Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – CraftLipi

At CraftLipi, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in delivering handcrafted, carefully curated products and ensure a transparent and fair return and refund process in line with leading ecommerce standards.

CraftLipi is a registered MSME and a Startup India–recognized enterprise, committed to ethical business practices, quality craftsmanship, and customer trust.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery after requesting the return, it will take 7-10 days to return the product.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts must be intact
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order products, the following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must:

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
  • Mention your order ID and issue details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Pickup & Shipping
  • For eligible cases, return pickup will be arranged by CraftLipi
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship, and shipping costs will be reimbursed

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process
  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after quality inspection
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to CraftLipi’s error
Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and must follow the return process
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) are processed within 2–3 business days
Handmade Product Disclaimer

CraftLipi products are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are natural characteristics of artisanal products and do not qualify as defects.
