Packaging Policy
All CraftLipi products are packed with special attention to safety and durability, especially considering the handmade and artisanal nature of our offerings.
- Products are securely wrapped to minimize movement during transit
- Fragile and terracotta items are cushioned appropriately to reduce the risk of damage
- Wherever possible, eco-conscious and sustainable packaging materials are used
As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in texture, finish, or color are natural and not considered defects.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation
- Processing time may increase during festive seasons, high-demand periods, or promotional sales
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.
Shipping & Dispatch
- After dispatch, shipment and tracking details are shared with the customer
- We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure secure delivery
- Dispatches are not carried out on Sundays or public holidays

Estimated delivery timelines usually range between 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Damaged Products During Transit
If an item is received in a damaged condition:
- Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery
- Clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging must be shared
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy
Handmade Product Disclaimer
All CraftLipi products are handmade. Minor differences in color, texture, shape, or finish are a natural part of the crafting process and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
