CraftLipi is the aspirational design domain of Sanbid Golui, a post graduate Industrial Designer from IIT Delhi (B.E, M.Des) who does the design sketches and even makes the first piece by his own hand before it goes to village artisans. 

It is the passion driven initiative of artistic Rajasree Golui, a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) who makes the organization work with multidimensional functions and with fictions.

Alik Golui is another piller of the organization who is a well-versed Visual Communication Designer along with a good knowledge of Product Photography and Visual Composition

In simple words : Dedicated & Self Motivated team of ‘the few’ trying to do something better everyday to feel good and happy for the better tomorrow for everyone associated.

‘Design’ is the heart & soul for all them and they are also an integral part of already well-known established design house – Designlipi Projects Private Limited (www.designlipi.com). This came into being in 2011, operations centralized at West Bengal, INDIA and working for several corporates for Product Design, Packaging Design, Retail Design, Branding & Communication Design & Design Strategy.

CraftLipi has started its own journey since September 2015.

At CraftLipi we are inclined towards ‘Innovation for Impact’ (I4I). Our organization is strategically working for building multiple product verticals with semi-skilled artisans and artists having innate sense of Art & Craft. These semi-skilled artisans along with local resources, tools and technologies available in India, we aim at having a product portfolio with a class & quality of truly Make in India.

“EarthenWonder” is one of the main product brand (Registered) of CraftLipi where products are mainly made of clay and designed to be used in modern & retro environment.

Craftlipi is having its own standard crafted range of products and merchandise which are showcased here for promotion & sale. Apart from these we have provisions for customized products & systems as per architectural need of Architects and Designers.

Sanbid

Currently we are looking for franchise all over India for showcasing and selling Indian Village Made products under the Registered (TM) name of “The Village Vintage Mall“.

Three Store Formats are there:

1M. Mini Store (100 to 300 Sq ft carpet area) – small sizes with limitation of big product stock.

2M. Magic Store (301 to 1000 Sq ft carpet area) – standard size and will have good stock of all products. 

3M. Mega Store (1001 Sq ft and above) – big size as experience centre of Indian handmade products and village foods. This will have kitchen to run a “chotto adda” cafe with very basic but village based healthy snacks and normal temperature beverages.

We already have one Experience Centre attached with our design center & launched another Mini Store in a busy marketplace of Howrah.
