What is our return policy?
CRAFTLIPI offers its customers a 3-day money back guarantee! So, orders may be placed in absolute peace of mind and without any hesitation.
For any reason, if you are dissatisfied with the merchandise, you may return CraftLipi’s merchandise within 3 days of its delivery. In order to return the item, please contact our Customer Experience team at connect@craftlipi.com or call us at our helpline No. +91-974 8888 057 with your Order number details to avail of authorization and further instructions on initiating the return.
- The items being returned need to be as is and unused and in perfect condition.
- You must make sure the products under return are not tampered with or used.
- The items should not be broken or damaged.
- All the products must be in their original packing and outer boxes along with original buffer and way of packaging.
- Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
- Refund will be made available to you for the total purchase price, less the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping.
- If you, however, receive damaged, defective or wrongly sent items, then the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping will be borne by us.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the convenient method of payment (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque).
- Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days after receiving the returned product/s and inspection of the returned products.
