We do care and love the products we make. We don't wish it to break. To make it true - we do take care of the packaging in the best way possible for all fragile products.
We do double box packaging. Main terracotta products are placed inside a corrugated box along with wrapped around buffer. This box goes inside another box maintaining gap around with another layer of air trapped buffer belts to make the inner box safe - which keeps the product intact inside.
Even after that also, if products breaks just because of rough handling by courier people - loss is on us. Please share the picture of opened box as it is along with product to learn from it and understand the issue. We will send replacement of the damaged unit of the fragile product/s.
How much does shipping cost? Is there a minimum order value/ quantity?
Shipping cost is variable depending upon the distance from the shipping point to the destination, weight & size of the product purchased. Shipment cost will appear while you are confirming the order with us.
We have not laid any MINIMUM ORDER VALUE! You can order as much or as little as you want!
Where all do we deliver the products?
All across India!
Do we do international shipment?
Yes, We do. But currently online booking / purchase for international customers are not open because of variable shipment cost. You need to connect us separately for all international orders.
How long does it take you to ship the ordered products?
Most of the products are crafted & customized. Normally, our dispatch time is within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) of receiving your order!
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Deliveries are in manual system with our logistics partners and as such we are unable to give exacting timeframes. Having said that, normally, the delivery time frames are as below: Kolkata: Within 2-3 working days of dispatch of your order.
Other parts of the India: Within 7-9 working days of dispatching your order.
What happens when I am not at home when you deliver?
In case you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our logistics partner will arrange a new time with you by calling you. There will be 3 free delivery attempts post-with a re-delivery fee will be levied to you.
I can’t find my delivery? Help!
Don't sweat it! If you have your Order number and your delivery hasn't arrived within 10 working days of placing your orders, please get in touch with us via e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 9748888057. Don’t forget to mention your Order number when you contact us. We promise we’ll bring you your package.
